Account Deletion Policy

Athletic Apps provides users with the ability to delete their accounts and associated data directly within the app.

How to Delete Your Account:

Users can delete their account directly within the app by navigating to Account > Delete Account. This action can be completed at any time without needing to contact support.

What Gets Deleted:

When you delete your account, the following information is immediately removed:

  • Your account information
  • Your email address
  • Your notification preferences
  • Your push notification tokens

Data Retention:

Some team-related system records may be retained for up to 30 days for backup and security purposes. After this period, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our systems.

Effects of Account Deletion:

Once your account is deleted:

  • You will no longer have access to the team app
  • You will stop receiving notifications from the team
  • Your account cannot be recovered
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to rejoin
